1. Disinfection standard requirements

• Laminar flow clean operating room, the number of colonies on the surface is less than 5 cfu/cm2, and the air requirement is less than 10cfu/m³.
• Ordinary operating room, the number of surface colonies is ≤5 cfu/cm2, and the air requirement is ≤200cfu/m³.

2. Difficulties encountered

• The instruments in the operating room are more sophisticated, and disinfection with disinfectants is easy to corrode and damage the instruments.
• Due to tight time between consecutive operations, disinfection cannot be done.
• After sensing the patient’s operation, the entire operating room takes a long time to disinfect.
