Steps to register an UDIAG account are as follow.
1. Visit UDIAG UPDATER DOWNLOAD, and then select and download the file.
2. After installing the updater, please click the desktop icon to launch updater, input your information and click register.

3. What kind of after-sales services does UDIAG provide?
1. One-Year Warranty: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase, with the store or dealer receipt serving as proof of purchase. If proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty period begins one year from the registration date of the tool or tablet.
2. Technical Support: We have a team of over 50 technicians available to provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting any issues.
3. Reparis: In the event that your UDIAG product malfunctions or gets damaged outside of the warranty period, UDIAG usually offers repair services. Depending on the issue, repairs may be covered under warranty or involve a service charge. It’s a good idea to contact our support team for guidance on sending the device for repairs.
4. Dealer and Distributor Support:

4. Do UDIAG products support OEM and ODM services?
Yes, UDIAG generally offers both OEM and ODM services for our products, particularly for business partners and distributors. However, please note that customization typically requires a minimum order quantity.

5. I met with login failure issue. How do i solve it?
You can go to Setting menu to click Reset Settings to fix the login failure issue. ( Meanwhile, we can supply a resetting operation instruction to the dealer)

6. Can UDIAG devices support JOBD vehicles?
UDIAG code readers could not support JOBD diagnostics, but UDIAG A & X series car scanners could support JOBD vehicles.
The scanners can enter into diagnosis of the JOBD vehicles not via OBDII function module but through vehicle models selection.

7. Can UDIAG scanners support Heavy duty(HD) commercial vehicles?
Currently UDIAG X95pro support HD commercial vehicles, which are using 24V battery.

8. Can UDIAG scanners provide remote control support ?
Yes, UDIAG X-series Scanners support remote control function.
Customers can click Quick support or Remote support menu to enter into Team viewer remote control interface.

9. Can UDIAG scanners support key match or key programming?
Yes, UDIAG X-series Scanners support key match or key programming of mechanical keys for vehicles with low anti-theft levels; If for smart keys or high anti-theft levels, suggest using our IMMO adaptor to do it.
UDIAG X-95pro& X-90 pro & X-50 could add the IMMO adaptor as optional choice.

10. Can UDIAG scanners support ECU programming?
Yes, UDIAG X-95pro & X-90 pro & X-50 could support ECU programming for GM, Ford, Chrysler, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, etc.
The difference is that the X-95pro supports online programming, while the X90pro and X50 only support offline programming.

11. Can UDIAG scanners support ECU coding?
Yes, UDIAG X-95pro & X-90 pro & X-50 & A550 could support ECU coding for VW,Audi, Renault, GM, Ford, Land rover, etc.
The difference is that the X-95pro supports online programming, while the X90pro, X50 and A550 only support offline programming.

12. Can UDIAG scanners support FCA SGW?
Currently UDIAG Car Scanners only the X-95pro support FCA SGW access.
But UDIAG X-90 pro & X-50 could support SGW access for BMW, KIA, Hyundai and GM car makes.

13. How does A200 apply for an extra car make?
The dealer needs to contact UDIAG sales for the adding request and pay the cost for the extra car make; then UDIAG will upload the extra car make software to the server for the end user to download after receiving the extra payment.

14. How to make the software upgrade for A200 or A series products?
The user needs to open UDIAG official website to find the upgrade software to download it and install it in a computer.
